We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase; if you’re not, we will be happy to provide a refund based on our policy below:

· It must be within 14 days of delivery.

· To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition. This means that it should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

· You must notify us that you intend to return a product and await a confirmation email. 

· It must be shipped back to the address provided on the confirmation email at your own cost. 

· Refund will not be processed until the product has been received by us. This will take 3 -5 working days depending on your method of payment. 

Please Note: 

· We do not refund shipping.

· We do not accept returns for personalised, custom or perishable products unless damaged or faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
