All our products are handmade to order. 

Products are usually sent within 1-2 working days but in some cases where we order products in such as business wear this may increase up to 7 working days. Please note our working days are Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays. 

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Second Class post however there is an option to upgrade to tracked 48/24 upon checkout if required.

International Tracked is used for any items which do not fall into Royal Mails Domestic shipping areas (these are automatically updated by Shopify upon ordering)

We understand that sometimes items can go astray once shipped, please note Royal Mail does not class a parcel/Letter as lost for 15 working days from shipping. This means we are unable to refund/replace any lost items until this time frame has been completed.  We will however always do our best to support and help locate the parcel by contacting Royal Mail on your behalf where possible.
