Do you offer personalisation?

Yes! Many of our products can be personalised with names, dates, messages, or custom wording. Personalisation options are listed on each product page — if you’re unsure, just drop us a message.


How long will my order take to be made?

Each order is made with care. Our current processing times are listed on each product page, as they may vary depending on the item and level of personalisation.


What materials do you use?

We use carefully selected, quality materials and vibrant inks to ensure every product looks and feels great. We choose materials that are durable, long-lasting, and suitable for gifting.


How do I check my personalisation details?

Please double-check all spelling, dates, and wording before placing your order. We print exactly what is provided, so accuracy is important. If something doesn’t look right, contact us as soon as possible.


Can I see a proof before printing?

Proofs are not automatically sent unless stated in the listing. If you would like a proof, please message us before ordering or immediately after purchase, and we’ll let you know if this is possible.


Do you accept custom requests?

We love custom ideas! If you’re looking for something specific or can’t see exactly what you want, feel free to message us and we’ll do our best to help.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout based on your location.


What if there’s a problem with my order?

If there’s any issue at all, please contact us as soon as possible. We take pride in our work and will always do our best to resolve any problems quickly and fairly.


Can I return or exchange my item?

Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.


Are your products suitable as gifts?

Absolutely! Our items are designed with gifting in mind and are carefully packed to arrive looking lovely and ready to give.

How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Some items, especially personalised or made-to-order products, can take up to 7 working days. If you need your order urgently, please message us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.


How is my order shipped?

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries.

Standard shipping: Royal Mail Second Class

Upgrades available at checkout: Tracked 24 or Tracked 48

Please note that delivery times begin after dispatch, not from the order date.


Can I upgrade my shipping?

Yes! Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. If you’re on a tight deadline, we recommend choosing a tracked service and messaging us to let us know.
